The Central Okanagan Performing Arts Festival (COPAF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Michelle Bylow as Executive Director, beginning September 2025.
Michelle brings over a decade of experience leading arts initiatives across Canada. From her early work establishing creative spaces in Toronto to producing large-scale multidisciplinary events and co-founding a national agency for accessible arts programming, she has consistently created opportunities for artists and communities to thrive.
The Board selected Michelle for her proven ability to pair vision with organization, empower teams, and build strong partnerships. Her leadership philosophy — rooted in the belief that the arts connect and strengthen communities — reflects COPAF’s own mission to celebrate and support young performing artists in music, dance, and voice.
