We are very excited to be embarking on our 98th Festival Season!
Every spring, the Central Okanagan Performing Arts Festival lights up our community with the passion and talent of young performers—from young dancers taking their first bow, to dedicated musicians and vocalists determined to reach new heights.
It’s more than just a festival; it’s a cornerstone of growth and inspiration. Participants benefit from performance opportunities, and personalized feedback from leading industry professionals.
At COPAF, the spotlight isn’t just for established talent, it’s also for aspiring artists eager to refine their craft. By welcoming adjudicators from outside the region, we ensure fresh perspectives and expert guidance, fueling each performer’s artistic journey. Whether you come to watch, cheer, or participate, you become part of a community that believes in nurturing the arts from the ground up.
2025 Key Dates:
-Dance: March 31st – April 3rd
-Piano: April 7th & 8th
-Strings: April 22nd & 23rd
-Voice: April 28th & 29th
Arrival Times:
-Dance: Please arrive 60 minutes prior to your scheduled performance.
-Music/Voice: Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled performance.
-Spectators: Attending Festival Performances is complimentary. Please arrive prior to scheduled categories as to not create disruption.
Media:
For the first time, spectators at COPA Festival are welcome to capture media of performances. To ensure a respectful and enjoyable experience for all, we kindly ask that you follow these media guidelines:
Capture Only Your Own:
Please photograph/record only those you know, your children and/or students.
Be Respectful & Unobtrusive:
Media should be captured quietly and without disrupting the performance or those around you.
Stay Seated:
All media should be taken from your seat. Please do not stand or step into the aisles, as this can obstruct views and interfere with the event.
Avoid Obstruction:
Any spectator causing disruptions or blocking others’ views will be asked to stop or leave the venue.
Be Considerate:
Please remain quiet during performances, and avoid leaving/entering the venue when participants are performing.

Dance Music Uploads:
The last day to upload music for the Dance Category was March 15th. If you have not uploaded your music, please get it done ASAP!
ASPIRE Gala:
We are very excited to host again this year our ASPIRE Gala!
